Some cleaners are harsh and not meant for the skin on your face, so be sure to avoid them and use the proper cleansers. These types of cleaners are not good for your skin; they dry it out and cause further irritation. Gentle products, such as those containing tea-tree oil, along with a lightweight moisturizer are better choices.

Once the mask has dried completely, it should be rinsed clean from the skin thoroughly with water before drying. Use witch hazel on your skin to cleanse off any leftover mask that may still be on your skin.
